Cancellation Policy
There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments 30 minutes or longer, and a 5 minute grace period for appointments under 30 minutes. Please contact me if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, or if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late with no prior communication, you will be considered a no-show and a 40% fee will be charged to the payment information on file. Policy also applies to cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice. A maximum of 3 reschedules per appointment is allowed before fee is charged. Repeated cancellations/reschedules may result in being placed on a walk-in only basis.
